AZR Auto Repair LLC – Terms & Conditions

Warranty Policy

  • Coverage: All new parts we install come with a 12,000-mile or 6-month warranty, whichever comes first.

  • Approval: All warranty claims must be approved by our technician.

  • Claims: To start a claim, you must contact us by phone or email and provide your original receipt or invoice.

  • Inspection: We reserve the right to inspect your vehicle to confirm it qualifies before any warranty work begins.

Warranty Inspection Requirements

  • Location: Inspections must be done by AZR Auto Repair LLC or a shop we specifically approve.

  • Towing: If you choose not to bring the car to us, it must be towed to a facility we have authorized.

  • Nationwide Verification: We may send an inspector to any state in the U.S. to verify a warranty issue.

  • Unauthorized Shops: We do not accept diagnoses or inspections from unapproved shops.

Customer Disclosure Policy

  • Full Transparency: You must explain all vehicle symptoms and any previous repairs before our technician starts work.

  • Incomplete Info: Hiding information may lead to extra charges, delays, or us stopping service.

Previously Worked-On Vehicle Policy

  • Prior Repairs: You must tell us before booking if another mechanic or individual has already tried to fix the issue or left the job unfinished.

  • Refusal Rights: We may adjust our pricing or refuse to work on vehicles that are partially taken apart or modified by others.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • 2-Hour Window: You can cancel or change your appointment for free up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late Fee: Cancellations or “no-shows” within that 2-hour window will result in a $25 drive fee.

Parts & Labor Policy

  • Customer-Provided Parts: If you supply your own parts, we offer no warranty and do not guarantee the results of the repair.

  • Self-Diagnosis: We are not responsible for the outcome if you ask us to install parts based on your own diagnosis or a diagnosis from another shop.

Diagnostic Policy

  • Independent Verification: We do not accept “outside” diagnostics.

  • Our Process: Our technicians must perform their own inspection before we approve or perform any repairs.

Payment Policy

  • Due Date: Payment is due the moment the service is finished.

  • Collections: Unpaid balances may be sent to a collection agency.

  • Late Fees: Additional fees will be added for every day a balance remains unpaid.

Appointment Booking

  • Required Info: To book, we need your full name, email, and physical address.

  • Privacy: We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.

Future Service & Contact Policy

  • Direct Contact: Always contact AZR Auto Repair LLC directly for future needs.

  • Independent Deals: We are not responsible for any side deals made directly with our mechanics outside of our company.

General Terms

  • Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse service to any vehicle or customer.

  • Updates: These terms can change at any time without notice.

  • Agreement: By using our services, you agree to follow all the terms listed above.
